Digital photography is a wonderful thing. I think I've loved photography most of my life, from the time I used a Kodak Instamatic, then using a Minolta rangefinder 35mm camera, and then various SLR cameras through the years. But something happened about eight years ago and I got totally frustrated with film and I packed it all up, never intending to pick up a camera again if I could help it. But in the spring of 2005 I was given a Canon DSLR, and at the same time discovered podcasting, and it was not long after that due to the things I was learning from my favourite podcast, Digital Photography Tips from the Top Floor (www.tipsfromthetopfloor.com), that I was having fun all over again, loving the instant feedback you get with digital. And having a place like Vox as a place to share images, as well as my random thoughts, is great fun as well!
